Robert D'Cruz joined New York Life as an agent in 2009.  Qualifying for Council twice during his first twelve months at New York Life, Robert was soon promoted to Partner. Since then, Robert has qualified for the Gathering of Eagles Award three times. He was also awarded the Excellence in Recruiting Award & Top Partner in the Pacific Zone in 2013 and the Leading Partner Award in 2014 which is awarded to the Top 50 Partners in the country.  

Originally from California, Robert moved to Oregon in 1991. He currently resides in Salem with his wife and two children. He has offices in Salem and Tigard, and shares his time between them as needed each week to work with his growing team of agents. Robert enjoys spending time outdoors playing soccer, boating or camping. He also loves to travel and he is extremely passionate about building a strong sales team of committed, succesful agents at New York Life.

Nathan is a graduate from Oregon State University and started with New York Life in 1994. He is also a perennial Chairman's Council agent and a current member of Million Dollar Round Table.

Nathan and his wife, Heather, have two daughters - Lily and Kyla.

Chad Began his career in the Salem General Office in 2010 with 7 years experience in the banking business.  After achieving Quality and Executive Council levels, he was promoted into management in 2012.  A native Oregonian, Chad grew up in the Central Oregon area where he loves the great outdoors.  He spends his free time playing golf, camping, hunting and fishing.

He has 2 neices and while he has no chlidren of his own, he has an 8 year old German Shorthair pointer who acts like a child most days.

Ryan joined New York Life as an agent in the Tucson General Office in 2007. After qualifying for executive council three times he accepted a promotion to become a Development Manager in the Central Coast General Office. In 2014 Ryan accepted the position of Development Manager in the Greater Oregon General office and relocated his family to Salem, Oregon.

Ryan and his wife Jennifer have four children Ethan, Luke, Violet and Cora who he enjoys spending his time with outside of the office. They enjoy exploring Oregon, playing soccer, video games and watching movies.

Before he joined New York Life Ryan graduated from The University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance. He currently holds his CLU® ChFC® , CASL®  and LUTCF designations as well as the series 7, 6, 63 and 26 registrations.

Krikor joined New York Life in 2006, as the Agency Standards Consultant.  Dedicated towards synchronizing the local and corporate levels of the New York Life institution, Krikor works with each individual agent on a one-on-one basis, coordinating the standards and compliance with the success of their businesses.

Originally from Aleppo, Syria, Krikor moved to the United States at the age of 9. He grew up in Massachusetts before moving to Oregon in 2003.

Currently, Krikor resides in Tualatin with his wife, Stacy, and their three children.  Krikor enjoys gardening, tennis and other athletic activities.

Krikor currently holds FINRA licenses 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 66.

Carlos Landázuri, CLU®, ChFC®

Carlos began his career in 2001 as an Administrative Manager Trainee in the Greater Oregon General Office after graduating from Oregon State University. In 2002, he was promoted to the Greater San Francisco General Office, in 2004 promoted to Director of Operations of the Hawaii General office. In 2006 Carlos transferred to the San Fernando Valley office, and in May 2011, Carlos was promoted to Corporate Vice President of the Los Angeles and Gtr Pasadena General Offices. In  2013 he returned to the Greater Oregon General Office.

Carlos also serves as a mentor to new Administrative Managers in the Pacific Zone. Carlos works in a close partnership with agents and the rest of the management team. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter® designation in 2004 and his Chartered Financial Consultant® designation in 2008.
